Chrly....
It's all about the resolution/pixel size
For instance...
You might be using a 19" monitor and you might have your resolution set to 1024 pixels x 768 pixels
I'm using a 24" monitor and have my resolution set to 1920 pixels x 1200 pixels.
The Image you uploaded is 1280 pixels x 926 pixels So the image at full size would be larger
then your monitors viewing area.
Hope that made some sense.
You can resize images using a image editor like Photoshop or Gimp or many others.
But here's one that you can use that;s free, easy to use and integrates with your system.
I use photoshop but I like this image resizer below because you can right click on a single image
or select 100 images and right click and resize them all at once and very fast.

I resized your image from 1280 x 926 ---> 720 x 521 (just a random smaller size for the post)
If your monitor is running 1024 x 768 then to view full size on your desktop you would need
to resize the image from 1280 x 926 ----> 1024 x 768

Great Shot!
Nice assist!
...and I hope that guy had a good powerful zoom or else he was doing a jump, tuck and roll to get out of the way!!
By the size of the cars in back, looks like he wasn't too far away. See if you can get him to catch a wheelie next time!

OK. I give up on sizing pictures.. Maybe some one can explain to an inept old guy..:
.
Maximum pixel size on this forum is 800 pixels. Like Piken said, you can use GIMP (free image editor) to resize your images. GIMP is much easier to use than Adobe Photoshop. I personally prefer Photoshop Elements.
